Rhode Island CHANGE Confronts Richard N. Haass We Are Change.org | May 13, 2008 Richard N. Haass, President of the Council on Foreign Relations, delivered a speech entitled "Why Does the World Hate Us?", to a large audience at Brown University on April 29, 2008.
