Man Dies After Stun Gun Incident Don Riley / wibc | April 1, 2008 A 35 year-old man died after an officer shocked him with a taser gun during an altercation at a restaurant late Friday night. Henry Bryant of Indianapolis confronted police after they completed a separate investigation at the O'Charley's restaurant on West 38th Street. Bryant was tased into submission, but then had difficulty breathing. He later died after arriving at Methodist Hospital. Police are hoping an autopsy reveals the exact cause of his death since the effects of a taser gun aren't usually fatal.
